Hi! I’m Jessica Pacheco. I assume you’re reading my bio because you’d like to know a little bit more about me, so here we go! I decided to start my career in real estate in January 2009 when so many people I knew were losing their homes. At that moment, I realized there was an opportunity for me to help educate and guide my community to protect their largest asset. Now I’m living MY dream! I get to help people every day by finding them the right home to buy or lease, or by selling their home so that they can keep moving toward their personal goals. I was born and raised in Chicago, lived in California for twenty years and then decided to come to Las Vegas. Before my career in real estate I was an accountant, so I know how important the details can be. I’ve been a Realtor for 15 years now and I’m licensed and active in both California and Nevada real estate. In California, my primary area of business is in the San Gabriel Valley and in Nevada it’s Las Vegas and the surrounding areas.
